Then join us for the **Feminvest Morning Run!**

We'll be running a 45-minute interval session designed for everyone, regardless of running experience or fitness level. We'll focus on short intervals, and one thing's for sure, everyone will feel the burn!

We'll meet outside Hotel At Six and start with a warm up run to Skeppsholmen, where the main part of our workout will take place. After the session, we'll run back together to our starting point.

**Bring your colleagues, your friends, your running shoes, and your ambition!**
